Think about the ones people deem as hero’s killing baby killers and rapist. Or ones who thinks they doing a justifiable act. Example rape. If someone came in there and rape someone. And your in prison for whatever reason. Would you tell yourself I’m raping this person cause they rape someone on the street? I hope you see my point. The ones who say or make comments about an eye for an eye by their own hands need to get checked out. If the seed/ideas is in the mind. What kind of monster are you. Her two surviving kids, including the one who was allegedly abused by the two that Mitchelle killed, accused her of being incredibly abusive to all 4 of them. She also made the oldest put her two dead siblings in the freezer. In a home like that, I'd be willing to bet the alleged victim said what he had to say out of coercion, fear and duress. I don’t believe a word she’s saying, BUT if these assaults happened the way she says they do she should gotten her children some help. How did the children pick up this behavior?Why weren’t any of her children comfortable enough to speak on any of this? Where was she? It’s very clear she has never dealt with her abuse from childhood, and because of that abuse she’s rationalizing these murders. She knows the damage and trauma that abuse carries, so not only will her children struggle with the sexual assault she added so much more.
Living out her own childhood trauma and circumstances, and taking it out on her children.
Medical examination of surviving children, along with questioning, showed no sexual assault took place, but physical abuse did. The children said the mother beat them all. I hope the survivors receive counselling and have happier lives, although it's hard to imagine getting over such a horrific childhood.

I can't imagine the stress and terror those kids lived under every single day, they probably said a lot of things to the mother to divert attention, to not be abused, or to move abuse from themselves to another... Knowing siblings were dead in the freezer was horror enough to keep them in a constant state of fear and in line.
I hope they have the support they need to get through life, and to stop the cycle of abuse.

@@ashleyozorio6384 It seems that way from reports I've read. The eviction was a blessing in disguise, the two deceased children were found, and the living children were saved, or as best they can be.
Who knows what their fate would've been, if left in that brutal situation. I'm sure we can assume they would have had a terrifying life, possibly leading to their deaths. Poor kids, I hope they're receiving the help they need.

I feel like most people in the comments don’t understand what’s going on. I looked up more information and apparently her older son and one of her daughters were molesting her youngest and even was molested as a child. Most people in the comments never experienced trauma and you could tell. I did, not molesting but alcohol abuse, my dad had been drinking since I was a baby and there is nothing worse about feeling powerless in front of the abuser. I am now 19 and have very strong PTSD meaning I simply can’t stand when one of my friends drinking goes too far. Luckily I have strong self control but I can say I was in her position. When I was around 13 and I was starting to comprehend my dad’s actions, this one night he got really drunk and he was really verbally abusive to me and my mom and throwing things, not hitting but throwing things and at one point I felt like he has an intention to hit my mom and 13 year old me grabbed a kitchen knife and literally put it at his neck. He backed down scared and my mom grabbed it and I was screamed at a lot the next day and explained why that was not good. But I still remember the feeling, hopelessness and anger mixed together. I did not mind him hitting me but not my mom so I was ready to hurt him or do whatever to protect my mom. This was of course a long time ago and I never did anything like this ever again. I still have strong trauma and even if I don’t condone her actions I am just asking you to see her point of view. We all hate rapists and pedophiles so that’s basically what her son was. Murder is inexcusable but all I’m saying is that don’t most of y’all also thing rapists should have their balls cut or stoned to death? I feel like this case is very similar to Gypsy’s Rose case, someone with severe trauma sent in jail without the trauma and psychotic behavior even discussed. This is just my point of view, I am not saying she shouldn’t be in jail because at the end of the day we live in a society with rules which we have to follow and murder is murder not matter what happens. One more thing, the bodies were in her freezer for over 3 years and my question is how did no one notice this? How did no one notice that 2 kids were missing in 3 years.
