I have no words for how impressed I was watching your process. Your techniques are a huge inspiration, hope to try them myself when I have the time and tools! The way you layer several different methods of weathering is insane, thanks for sharing your work ❤

Your weathering techniques are impressive and very effective. Nice touch the skull with the hairspray technique. Have you considered removing some of the enamel wash using a dry melamine sponge first before using the enamel thinner and cotton bud? It gives interesting results. Cheers!

How long do you wait to thin out the enamel paint? I REALLY wanna try this because battle hardened mobile suits looks so cool. Also, does the weathering work not chip away over time?

Do you spray topcoat on before weather effects? What are some
Pro and cons of doing so before or after?

Do you top coat at the end to seal it all in?

What's the hair spray for? I'm still picking up a few tricks.

Hairspray acts as a coating on the plastic surface. Do not allow acrylic paint to stick to plastic. Makes it possible to use water to rub the paint off. 🙂
