Old Gibson amp sounds like a tweed/jtm45. Really fills out the blackface fender sound!

agreed! I don't have any old tweed amps, but I'm on the look-out for that exact reason! It's really interesting how it responds to clean boosts, it doesn't get any louder, it just compresses in on itself.

@@mahantheband right! I had my jtm45 dialed in with my fuzz and volume knob maxed. Great Hendrixy tone. I got a super reverb and paired the amps together. Amazing tone. However, I had to lower the volume knob on all my pedals, especially fuzz to make the amps respond evenly. Insane amount of headroom those supers have. Excited to hear the new record. Thanks for sharing!

Not sure if I missed this - what are the eq settings on the super and vibro and it sounds like you're mostly using a neck pickup?

      Vibroverb: Input 1 of channel 2, Volume 5, Treble 6, bass, 6, reverb, 2.5.
      On the Super: Input 1 of channel 2, V 5.5, Treble 5, Mid 4, Bass 3.8 (just under 4), Reverb 3.5.
And if you're curious, on the Gibson, Volume/Treble/Bass are all on 10.
A lot of the neck pickup for sure, a couple of times I switched to the neck/middle and used the bridge.

@@mahantheband Thanks. My DRRI and Princeton Reverb are usually set at treble 5 and bass 4.
