Love the business model concept, but wonder how easily it scales? I think low volume production with the right integration of automation can work and has many benefits for smaller producers. A structured and organized tradein/refurbishment/Reuse program can go a long way in extending useful product life and contributing to true sustainability if you can build consumer confidence in product performance. And I think having more, stratigic, regional manufacturing locations is the key to make this economically viable , if sales volume will support it (reduce shipping, customs, lead time, etc.) Will keep an eye out for the brand.
