  • honda adv 150 in thailand how good after 2 years
The Honda ADV 150 is a scooter designed for both urban commuting and light off-road adventure. It blends the practicality of a scooter with the styling and capabilities of an adventure motorcycle. Here's a breakdown of its key features:
Engine: The ADV 150 is powered by a fuel-injected 149cc single-cylinder engine, which offers a balance between performance and fuel efficiency. This engine is designed for smooth power delivery suitable for both city riding and occasional off-road excursions.
Design: The ADV 150 features rugged styling cues reminiscent of larger adventure bikes. It has a tall windscreen, dual-purpose tires, and an upright riding position for better visibility and comfort during long rides. The bodywork is designed to withstand the rigors of both urban and off-road environments.
Chassis: It has a lightweight chassis that contributes to nimble handling, making it ideal for navigating through city traffic or tackling rough terrain. The ADV 150 also features a long-travel suspension system to absorb bumps and provide a comfortable ride over various road conditions.
Technology: Honda incorporates modern technology into the ADV 150, including LED lighting for better visibility, a digital instrument cluster that provides essential information to the rider, and optional smartphone connectivity for navigation and communication purposes.
Storage: Despite its compact size, the ADV 150 offers ample storage space. It comes with an under-seat storage compartment large enough to accommodate a full-face helmet and additional small items such as a water bottle or rain gear.
Braking: The ADV 150 is equipped with a combination braking system (CBS) for enhanced braking performance. This system ensures that both the front and rear brakes are engaged simultaneously, improving stability and control during braking maneuvers.
Overall, the Honda ADV 150 appeals to riders looking for a versatile scooter that can handle daily commuting as well as weekend adventures, making it a suitable option for urban dwellers with a taste for exploration.

Thanks. I'll be buying one next week. I'm now 74 and fit. I can drive a PCX easily. But I a little concerned about this really nice bike being too big. The underneath storage could be fantastic for trips to the market. I live in Ko Samui. Take care bro.

Nice Review! I’m considering getting an ADV 160. Do you mind sharing how tall you are? I’m 5’6” (167cm) and 125lbs (56kg). I believe my leg inseam is about 30” (762mm) and the seat height is 30.7” (780mm) which is a little lower than the 150 (795mm). Being new to bikes, my main concern is it being to high and not being able to flat foot it, especially with my gf on the back (she just about 148cm tall). I am also surprised you found the seat comfortable - I’ve heard that it’s a torture seat from other reviews (though they all seem to be pretty tall or heavy people).
