I'm only 5 years younger but relearned nose grind by watching this clip. Dreams come true. You can get it. Then blow your own mind by doing a kick flip nose grind at 50 years old💪🏼🙏🏼peace.
I’m glad you do the “practicing” series instead of just straight up trick tips. Makes me feel like I can watch to get better at tricks I already have down
I remember when I first learned these! Ollie to nose manual is the most important key in my opinion to get these. And it’s also pretty easy to do em at the end of a ledge, with just a short grind. It’s a great feeling trick. Backside nosegrinds are great too.
I learned to nose manual on a manual pad a few days ago. The exit was easier for me than getting into a nose manual itself. Now I must learn to nosegrind!!!
Just saying this so some people don’t feel discouraged, but you definitely don’t need to know nose mannys to do a nosegrind. I’d say nosegrind is easier. I’ve known how to nosegrind for like 3 years and i just started to get nose manny’s down (i suck at them so i just never really tried em much before)
How to pop out mid ledge for this one has always been problematic for me. I can pop out from fs crooks though. I see people popping out both by doing a Bs nollie shifty but more common turning it over towards noseblunt and somehow yanking it out. Any tips for this would be greatly appreciated. Nice videos btw, i watch em all.
Yea actually a trick tip for the mid ledge/rail pop out would be tight. It looks like it goes to overcrook then yanks the nose out sorta like a blunt pop out
That's the same concept, you have to aim like you would for a fs 50-50 and land putting weight in your back foot or if you can manual do like a ollie manual
I used to do nosegrinds really good back in the day but totally lost them once and now I'm either clipping the back truck or just putting too much weight on the nose and falling forward
Yesterday I landed two nosegrinds, it was the first time in 5 years. My tip to everyone is, if you hang up al the time. Just wax your trucks and the ledge. Worked like a dream. You can go slower also, really helps to build confidence
Hey, could you do a video on bs nose slides? I struggle with being able to stay on my nose and getting the slide when I ollie on. I can do ones where I smack the nose on without doing an ollie, but then I come off with my feet facing forward and wide apart.
kotokid31 locking into the ledge will keep you going straight on without much effort, with nose manuals you gotta have more consciousness over your upper body to control where you are going, it’s obvious why nose mannies would be more challenging.
At age 49, only in my dream. I did re-learned kick-flip after 33 years skateboarding absence. Your vid helps a lots. TY
That's crazy, keep killing it!

You should do a video about popping out early on nose grinds?

Please do a tutorial on a 5-0 im pretty advanced but i suck at 5-0s, something about them is so hard. Great video supporting from czech republic!
I've been obsessed with this trick lately. You got them down 💪
BRO this is my local. Cant believe I missed you
you ever meet him
@@00juniorxL7 yeah i actually did one time. he was really chill and ripped
I worked on nose grinds over a year ago but haven't gotten back after it. Maybe it is time.
What’s up I skate LBJ all the time and it’s my local park I do skate videos as well and also nice video and this helps me a lot
I see SKATE HACKS post and I click like... ez.
Could you do fs or bs 5-0's? I can do both nosegrinds but struggle greatly with 5-0's
That's the same concept, you have to aim like you would for a fs 50-50 and land putting weight in your back foot or if you can manual do like a ollie manual
frontside nose slides would be a sick one. Not many people do them.
🔥

U should do practicing front crooks

Can you do flipping out of grinds specifically tail/nose slides and crooks. Pleeeeeeease
Could you do full cab? Thanks!
I just realised what park that is in texas, been there once
Where's this park @plantrider?
Boerne, Tx
What park is this?
Almost all the same principles can apply for a Fs Crook.
Edit: I just did my first fs nosegrind on a curb. Thanks for the tutorial.
What’s your board size ?

Any tips for accidental front krooks?
Do you have any footage? I would love to see you really get it in.
Are you on IG ?

Good shit bro
How do I not catch my back truck nudging doesn't help
Yeah that nudge at the end is hard
really want to learn this trick but I just sprained my ankle trying to get out of a nose manual :(
Randomly did this trick while practicing my 50-50 grinds 😂
Practicing backside nosegrinds? 🤞
Frontside lipslide next
Thankyou !
I see your shoes are suede, are you still practicing veganism? or do you just prefer suede ? thanks for the videos they help me out a ton
I think nose grinds aren't as hard as nose manuals. Can't explain why.
I find nose manualing over a long area difficult. a couple feet no problem
maybe because the "lock in" of the wheel/truck against the edge of the curb.
