Love the video because my de-stash went the same way😅 i knitted lots of garments but had to buy yarn, then I bought some more yarn to celebrate finishing 2-3 peojects and so on, and my eyes any progress is good progress no worries

Thank you for keeping the yarn destash honest. Its nice to see someone real. Also way to go knocking that number down in the updates! I did so good not buying yarn the first 5 months then June hit and I've bought over 20 things of yarn. (oops) Some for projects, some just because I thought they were pretty. I'm back on a yarnban though. *fingers crossed*

I’ve been good about only buying yarn for projects, but I’m always afraid of running out so once I finish projects I still usually have 1-2 skeins adding back to my stash 😅

I died when you said your yarn stash went up, because honestly, SAME. I've been destashing since the beginning of the year and I have not seen my stash go down either. I also didn't finish many pieces and once I opened packages of yarn I had stored away...the shelves were back to square one lol

Yes, I have a yarn room and I love it. I like how you keep track of your yarn according too projects and thinking how you will use it. I bought yarn to create, donate projects, make gifts, all the possibilities. I have stopped buying just to keep my passion under control.

Buying stuff is very tempting when you put a ban on buying. Same with eating candy. Don't be to hard on yourself and maybe change your rules to how it would work for you.
