It really is amazing how much better the texture and feel of a 4mm belt is vs 2mm. 2mm just seems 'off', like it's 2 dimensional, when you're holding it and inspecting it in person. Just as a display piece or in pictures it looks fine, but people really need to understand the difference up close and this video helps a lot. Thanks!

You know what I thought of 3 minutes in The 4mm version looks like the WCW championship while the 2mm looks like the world heavyweight championship I know they're essentially the same belt but that's a good way to look at the two versions

Things... i don't exactly have a wide budget. So a 500 EUR championship belt is a pretty hefty price. For me anyways... But then i also found out that you can purchase belts on Etsy. The plates on those belts are 2 mm thick where as the plates on the official ones are 4 mm thick Also, the stitching on the top and bottom on the cheaper one are different compared to the official ones so i can understand why the official one cost about 500 EUR but it's still more then i can afford right now Especially considering this computer (which is also a game PC), is gonna near its end and so i'm gonna have to replace it a certain time But i DID got my hands on a ticket for a WWE live event that's gonna be held on August 25th in a city nearby me. I did got some clothing from one of the superstars that will be there as well and getting a belt would really finish the look. So, that being said... I do not think i can reach the 500 EUR mark before then but i am able to reach the 200 EUR mark. But because of this, i now understand why the official belt has a pricetag like that. Still... The 200 EUR belt looks good enough for me.
I'm interested in the 2mm belt (not that i have a choice, wwe shop doesn't seem to stock 4mm) but I'm concerned about its durability. I'm primarily interested in having it as decor and maybe occasionally take a few pictures with it. Do I have to worry about it bending, warping or straight up breaking in any way?

I didn't thing the big gold ever was curved tbh. I seem to remember batista laying it flat over the hood of Eddie's car on smack down a few days after he died. Also it never had a gold tip?
I don't think it ever had a gold tip but i personally just added it because I like the look of it. There have been so many different TV versions of the Big Gold, some of them had very deep curved center plates and some had barely any curve.
Which version did Triple H wear during his run as WHC? I ask because I can notice a big difference between when he wore it and later when it was unified with the wwe championship. The latter looked way smaller than when it was first brought in. Thank you

When I went back and watched videos I noticed when he was first crowned WHC that title looked like the WCW/World Championship before it was "retired" then after some months of him being world heavyweight championship it look like the title was changed again look-wise and size wise..
@@davidstigberg8888 yes thats true when hhh was crowned whc in 02 it was the same one he retired along with the big eagle in early 02 and he was awarded the undisputed championship. A few months later in early 03 he came out with the new jmar 3d big gold and it had a wwe logo at the top and just look so damn good!

All the way from when Ric Flair first introduced it as the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship to when WWE was using it as their World Heavyweight Championship. Although the final version of it before it retired when they made it smaller I wasn't really a fan on. WWE should retire Universal championship and bring WHC back. Just don't make it look like a childs toy lol

You are getting the LUXE releathered? I thought they had good leather straps?
They are good leather straps but I like the snap boxes to be tapered in with tooling like the WWE version not the WCW version.
How much did you pay for the 4mm on ebay?

The WCW big gold belt is way better than the WWE version. But the recently released crumrine big gold belt they now have is the best version.

WWE's version of the big gold was 100% curved. NWA/WCW version of the big gold was pretty much flat.
The original wcw belt was never curved… the wwe copy had like two different types I think and Thatz where the curve came from

Yeah its the same size as the other one, it's actually very big in person the curve just makes it appear slightly smaller.

It's literally just 2 screws on the back of the belt. Super easy!
