I went to an autograph signing today and saw the WWE Shop Crumrine. I have a Fandu Luxe and everyone there loved the look of the Fandu. There's no comparison. However, the WWE shop's version is still a great belt for the price. It's a nice looking belt. The Luxe however is a level above. I get many compliments every time I take it to an autograph show. Also, it's been said the Luxe tarnishes. I've had mine for 3+ years and it looks exactly the same as it did when I bought it.
@@HectorTheCollector You really don’t like how it looks? Man I think Groovy nailed it. Groovy’s plates look extremely authentic on how hand engraved materials look. Don’t get me wrong though Fandu and the Shoprine looks really good as well. That’s the cool thing about all of these manufacturers, they all have their own flavor on the BG. It’s all about what you perceive when looking at the original! That’s what makes collecting fun. Good stuff Hector
BUt in your opinion for someone only wanting 1 big gold belt what is your recomendation id detail and curve and weight people tell me wwe shop rumrine version isbest so far if im not spending 4 to 5grand on a real biggold
That WWE Crumrine is legit competition for the Fandu Luxe at that price point. Before the WWE Crumrine it was a no brainer to go the the Fandu. Now, not so sure. Have any of yall heard or seen fading/tarnishing issues with the gold color on the Fandu Luxe?
Hey, I have a Fandu belt. I've noticed fading/tarnishing on my belt. I emailed them several times and they have not responded to it. I did a research and found others having same issue
@@bossone1216 Have you ever cleaned it with any chemicals? Do you keep it near a window? When I clean my belt (which is not often) I just use warm water, a little dish soap and a soft toothbrush and then air dry it. Also, I keep it far enough away from harsh sunlight. The sun can definitely cause it to fade.
@@AceGoodheart I just use a disposable dust rag to clean the dust off it. It's usually stored in my showcase. Only time it's out when I wear it to a WWE event or showing it off. nice one. got the fandu luxe all gold but thinking right now also bout the wweshop one. just love the design of the big gold. also thinking bout a tat on my left upper arm in tribute to the big gold/wrestling. leafe structure, globe, crown. will get more detailed in about 1-2 months.

I've had mine for quite awhile now with no issues other than the leather getting a bit wrinkly. Some people have talked about corrosion. I live in a place with about 50% humidity and my belt has been fine.
The lighting in yourvideo is a bit dark or poor but thefandu luxe edition you showed is a bit dark compared to fhe wwe shop crumrine you have is brighter

100%. I was at an autograph show today and someone had a WWE Shop Crumrine which looked nice, but when I took out my Luxe everyone was complimenting how nice my belt looked. It looked far superior. Again, I'm not knocking the Shop version because for the price it's a fantastic purchase, but the Luxe is hands down the better looking belt. Seeing the 2 belts in person one really sees the difference. Video doesn't do it justice.

I'm in the market for a big gold and I didn't know which one to get. Your comparison vid made me pick the one I want. Thank man.
Which one did you get ?
which 1 did u go with?
I still like the Fandu better.
WWE Shoprine all the way, Ive held a Fandu, and have a Shoprine. Shoprine is just way more authentic IMO.
I prefer the limber strap from fandu other than the more stiff straps wwe shop has
Ima cop that WWE Shop version soon
I just got my WWE shop version. Where can I buy a nameplate for it?
Altair Industries is where I got one. It's not perfect, but pretty good.
Groovy G is where it’s at! Their dual tone BG is ridiculously good. Fandu is nice as well.
Just need the Groovy releathered if you get one…
I hate how the Groovy G looks

Are the plate thicknesses the same or different between the belts?
They are different.
Wouldn't happen to have a goldberg & ric flair nameplate for that ultra deluxe wouldya...? 😊

How much do the belts weigh?
Fandu is almost nine pounds. WWE shop is more like six pounds.

A tattoo of the big gold would be awesome! But then you'd have to trust a great artist with all that art work.

is it true overtime the fandu belt starts to deteriorate?

Yes after awhile
Does the nameplate on the fandu luxe fit on the wwe shop one? Gotta have the Ric Flair plate
No, it does not
But then I'd need the (actual) belt to attach the nameplate(s) to also.....my goodness they are hard to find these days arn't they.....
Would you sell one of these ? 🤣or have a spinner you can do a comparison for?
I already sold it a few months ago. I was selling multiple belts. Also, why would I compare the spinner to the big gold?

I want Mark Henrys its topps.
I couldn't disagree more... the WWE Shop belt looks plastic.
Fandu Luxe is still superior. Its gold actually shines as compared to WWE's which looks dull and almost matte and doesn't shine
