I’m in permanent AFib and have heart failure. Managed this though.
Which makes me pleased I do a lot of breathing work.
Just because I can't hold that long, does it mean my lungs aren't ok?
Your lungs are fine
i mean if you couldnt go past 20 secs you might have a problem
@@wutdufk
So I got 33sec is that fine
I managed to get all the way, however before I couldn't. If you can't, simply search up; breath exercises to increase Lung Capacity on TH-cam, if you work towards it, you will get there soon enough, and get healthier Lungs.
maybe you got asthma@@wutdufk
I have asthma and held it for the whole video and another half so a minute 30 im pretty happy
That was easy!! TFS
I can do it with COPD after smoking for many decades.
I did even trying to stop ( actually just did it while smoking)
I don't smoke but after COVID I m feeling heavy Ness I don't know why credit goes to undeveloped COVID vaccines
I have experience at that from all those years of holding in a certain type of……….smoke. I made it through the test while washing the dishes to distract myself, but burst out laughing at the end cause my lungs were ready to explode! I no longer partake of those certain “things”, but asthma has been the result after all the environmental, work related things along with cigs! So I was kind of encouraged to still have such ability to hold it!
Not a problem
Just pass the lung test 💨 good
Too easy, I played the video at half speed to make it more challenging
I’m a smoker I did it twice and I only gained discomfort in the last 10 second so sign me up I guess
Am complete 3 time 🕒
10 😊😊
I did this all by saluting and looking at the comments

Post covid 19 effects, hard for me to hold my breath for long!
I was dancing to the music tbh
Did you bust out some killer dance moves or was it more of a subtle foot tap situation?
@@RespiratoryTherapyZone killer dance moves around the whole room… (While quietly dying)
made it 3/4 through :/
Same I got to 41 seconds idk how someone can beat this
0:05
That’s where I stopped it’s too hard
@@jrpdude8486 i did it twice in a row
@@DoubleEntendreMusic i was joking but i can only get a 6 so you are lying
@@jrpdude8486 i'm honestly not, i have a swimming pool where i live in France and frequently do two laps in one breath daily
I just record the time and I got 2:30 minutes my goal is 4 minutes
