    I love your videos and continue using the recipes repeatedly, and I look forward to trying this dish. One thing I noticed was that it looks like you have a new cooktop. I could not tell for sure, but does it have a vent/fan? If so, please share the link. You and Tina keep up the great work! -Frank

    Love your content, Here in West Virginia and like wise in PA Coal Mining towns, those great recipes were brought in and merged with the Hungarian recipes , to include Hot Hungarian wax peppers and Hot banana peppers to make the most Delicious recipes, Do you have any such recipes in your family.

If you go to our channel, there are few recipes with peppers, such as pork chops and vinegar, peppers, hot cherry pepper sausage, American chop Suey, which is similar to Hungarian goulash, etc. Let me know as if there is something specific you would like us to Re-create for you and we will certainly consider it.       @@godfatherbbqitalian I’m definitely going to make it…do you initially pan fry the steak to a medium rare or more? Then finish it off until well done?

      The temperature doesn’t really matter, you just need to sear it off for some color, a couple minutes per side . I would say if you had a look at it, it would probably be around medium rare, but not necessary. It will finish in the sauce.

      You could actually serve it over pasta or do a side dish of something like roasted potatoes, which there is a recipe on the channel for Italian style. Thanks so much!

    When you say thin, what’s the ballpark? I got my steaks precut to 1 1/4 to 1 1/2”, I assume that’s too thick? LMK, I’d love to try this!

      My preference is about a third of an inch. I wouldn’t go any more than a half though. You don’t want them to toughen up too much because of having to be cooked too long.

    Just finished my 1st attempt at this in a large electric skillet, a couple of things. I started with too much olive oil in the beginning and overall too much salt and pepper! The next time will be much better...

    Get a microphone the sound sucks. Recipe looks good though I might add some bell peppers to mine.
