Hey, I just wanted to say thanks for teaching me these recipes. Your Sunday Gravy is the best. Thanks to you Sunday dinners with my children and family have never been better. Everyone loves it and you and your recipes will always be part of our family traditions going forward.
Wow, I’m speechless……people like you and comments like this make our TH-cam endeavor so meaningful! It truly touches our hearts to be a part of your and your family’s lives. Thank you so much and please keep in touch. ❤️
I love your videos and continue using the recipes repeatedly, and I look forward to trying this dish. One thing I noticed was that it looks like you have a new cooktop. I could not tell for sure, but does it have a vent/fan? If so, please share the link. You and Tina keep up the great work! -Frank
Love your content, Here in West Virginia and like wise in PA Coal Mining towns, those great recipes were brought in and merged with the Hungarian recipes , to include Hot Hungarian wax peppers and Hot banana peppers to make the most Delicious recipes, Do you have any such recipes in your family.
Hi Matt, thank you so much for your support. If you go to our channel, there are few recipes with peppers, such as pork chops and vinegar, peppers, hot cherry pepper sausage, American chop Suey, which is similar to Hungarian goulash, etc. Let me know as if there is something specific you would like us to Re-create for you and we will certainly consider it. Thanks again.
@@EasyCookingWithLindaB The temperature doesn’t really matter, you just need to sear it off for some color, a couple minutes per side . I would say if you had a look at it, it would probably be around medium rare, but not necessary. It will finish in the sauce.
No, we just got off track a little bit. Definitely will get back to it and will keep that recipe at the top of the list for you. Thanks so much for your support!
Thank you, Godfather! I really appreciate your time and the videos you make for everyone. I grew up and live in RI. Your recipes definitely bring back memories.
You could actually serve it over pasta or do a side dish of something like roasted potatoes, which there is a recipe on the channel for Italian style. Thanks so much!
My preference is about a third of an inch. I wouldn’t go any more than a half though. You don’t want them to toughen up too much because of having to be cooked too long.
Just finished my 1st attempt at this in a large electric skillet, a couple of things. I started with too much olive oil in the beginning and overall too much salt and pepper! The next time will be much better...
Italian food and barbecue, two of my favorite things in the world.
Us too, thanks so much!!!
I was waiting on you to put the steak juice back into the pan. If you would have thrown it out, I would have called the cops to your house lol.
😂😂 thanks Mike!

Yes, it truly is a special dish. I highly encourage you try it! Hello to you and Bob as well, Tina and I say!
@@godfatherbbqitalian I’m definitely going to make it…do you initially pan fry the steak to a medium rare or more? Then finish it off until well done?

@@godfatherbbqitalian thank you!
Godfather, classic dish, are you done with the soup series ? I was waiting on the straciatella with meatballs , you're the greatest!
No, we just got off track a little bit. Definitely will get back to it and will keep that recipe at the top of the list for you. Thanks so much for your support!
@godfatherbbqitalian You're the best Godfather. Thank you!

Staciatella launching tomorrow just for you Mike!

👍
Appreciate you!
Fixing this tonight. What do you suggest for some good side dishes?
You could actually serve it over pasta or do a side dish of something like roasted potatoes, which there is a recipe on the channel for Italian style. Thanks so much!
When you say thin, what’s the ballpark? I got my steaks precut to 1 1/4 to 1 1/2”, I assume that’s too thick? LMK, I’d love to try this!

Makes a good sandwich too!
Yes, with some toasted Italian bread!

Sorry to hear that, round 2 will be a knockout!
The pan is So noisy, it almost blocks out your voice ❤
Sorry ❤️

Get a microphone the sound sucks. Recipe looks good though I might add some bell peppers to mine.
Thanks Chuck, we do have a microphone, but the induction cookers fan kind of overrules it. Sorry about that.
