hello there i must say you are doing a very good work and i love the commitment very encouraging Please why did you decide on a rough surface on the exterior Plastering? i was waiting for the video on your electricals works i saw in this video that it has already been done why did you select that those pink colour pipes instead of the normal PVC ones?
Thanks for the compliment.Rough finishing on outside walls tend to be more durable due to their textured surface, which can help to hide small cracks and imperfections that can occur over time.It also holds paints very well. Yes the electrical works was ongoing at the same time as the exterior plastering. The pipes are PVC pipes from Interplast. It is pressure resistant and easy to bend. I would be posting the electrical works today.Thank you
Smoothly plastered walls are more susceptible for cracks. The outside weather especially rain and sun will make the smooth ones crack easily and rough ones doesn't. Basic logic, smooth walls don't expand and contract easily with changing weather (esp the cement, which contracts and expands) . Hence better to go rough on outside walls or keep the cement low. I hope this helps and thanks for being part of this channel.

Please let the camera stay for some time before moving it, where they are plastering
Well noted and thanks for your comment.
Please how many days did they used for the plastering?
It took them 3 weeks for both interior and exterior.
Thanks and I hope this helps
Nice job. Can explain the difference between the rough and smooth wall?

@@CITIZEN_ANDOH Thanks so much for the clarification.
@@ourfamilytree5931 Anytime dear.
Also rough plastering is done if you intend to tile the outside walls. It's allows the tiles to fit more securely
