chairman congrats on a beautiful home. any reason why you did not use insulation in the roof to prevent the heat from coming in and saving on ECG bills with your Aircondition. Coming from the states all the homes have insulation installed in the roof.
I thought about that. But honestly I don't really need air condition in that area. It always breeze and get cold from around 4:30 trough the night. I have to install water heater for taking a shower.
i heard DRYWELL will need a REPLACEMENT after 5 YEARS...DUE to Ghana weather......

So the concrete ceiling will just go through skimming and painting? Without any thing else? That is a great alternative to having to POP/Sheetrock and just having the pop around the perimeters
Yes! it worked out for us. That's why every step of the building process is important to do correctly. We used rubber and wooden boards underneath the 2nd floor concrete flow. It allowed the ceiling to be nice and smooth, so we opted to just skim it really well and finish with paint to keep our ceilings high. The POP idea in the corners just keeps it neat and elegant

So do they driill throughh the upstaiors slab to pass the wiores?
The pipes for the wiring was set up before they did the concrete.

No insulation under the roofing sheets??? High electricity costs for air conditioning.
I don't need airconditioning because of the breeze in the area. But am gonna install it anyway.
