A52s gets only 2 major updates. A53 gets 4 major updates and total of 5 years security updates. Smartphone today is powerful enough that you won't see any boost in performance without generating excessive heat. So... I prefer A33 or A53 instead of A52s since I plan to use the phone for a long time, at worst I can give my A53 to my sister or parents and it will still have updates.
When buying smartphones, I always make sure its chipset is made from tsmc. Btw, as i know, exynos 1280 only support max 30fps in pubg. I wonder maybe the gos issue of samsung that limits its performance.
@@lakshyagrover6379 Yes, i agree, it is not optimised by their dev, but, as i know, gos had limit lots of applications except benchmarks app. I wonder when this issue solved.

Samsung gave wrong specs about A33 model... there official website shows NFC feature in A33 model... But NFC is not available in same model. I did complaint to samsung support...
Nice comparison and I really did find the A33 to be a better value for money. So I went ahead and bought it. However my model doesn't have NFC in it. Is that also a difference between A33 and A53? Please do let me know.
Apparently Samsung miscommunicated. On their website it mentioned that NFC was there. But a few days after purchasing the A33 they have changed it mentioning that NFC is not there. So that's a big difference. Not sure if this is region specific though. I had NFC and was using samsung pay on my previous phone.
Both phones don't have EIS, however, they are capable of EIS. And that's the reason why I won't buy these phones. They intentionally crippled them because otherwise the phones would compete too much with the S21 FE that also recently came out. I think that's a big nono. They should not have released the S21 FE so late, so they wouldn't have had to worry about the A53 and A33 competing with the S21 FE.
@@borntoworkanddie6708 Electronic Image Stabilization :) A lot of smartphones nowadays combine optical and electronic image stabilization. Optical is physical (by shifting the lens physically) and electronic is by shifting the picture digitally. For EIS the camera module actually films a larger portion than what you see on your phone screen so that it can shift around the image without getting black areas along the sides of the screen. This is why for example with a lot of phones EIS only works in 1080p, the camera actually films in 4k but only uses the 1080p portion so it can use the rest for stabilizing the image.
@@MarinusMakesStuff From that point of view, any camera is capable of EIS. Just film it on the highest resolution, download it to your computer and in iMovie or something else perform stabilization on the video. It'll come out at a slightly lower resolution but technically it's the same process.
People so blind with the phone specs. Android and security updates are important too. And idk why people are issuing about the earphones jack (not on this video) . There's so many TWS company gives you good TWS with low price. You didn't neeed branded company tws like air pods or samsung buds etc. Just buy like 1more and QCY buds. And the charger. If you willingly to spend 1 time high power charger. i bet you didn't care about charger in the box anymore. Like me , I buy 100w ugreen charger and all my other charger useless rn.
If your buying a33 . Think about it i bought mine dsys ago and totally regreted it. Im kind a disappointment of the selfie camera . Its so laggy and so noisy during night time capture
I suggest you look for a detailed camera comparison instead of looking solely at specs and making assumptions from that. It is important to realise that camera sensors are not the same and mega pixel count does not equate to better picture quality and style.

@@LimReviews My English is bad, but I tray to figure out. After upgrade on Android 12 and MIUI 13, you can select the normal mode and performance mode. After cleaning and speed boosting, my device is very smooth and phone work instantly anything you tryed from him. My experience is very positive, before this model I used Honor View 20 8/256 with HiSilicon Kirin 980, and after upgrade Mi 11 Lite 5G works better in everyday use. Thanks for answer and I support your work.
A52s will have 3 major updates till android 14 and 4 years security updates its enough for most of the people i think!
do u do iphone se 2022 review also?
I got confused with your pronunciation between 33 and 53, sounded so similar I had to go rewind to be sure which model you were referring to.
Oops, my bad!
Can I use a dongle to listen to music from my wired headphones?
Wow…!!! He’s comparing A33 with A33…
😍😍😍
what a massive difference 🙄😲😵💫
How is the battery life on the A33?
Can i ask how many o
Phones you have?
It has complete pro mode on the app camera?
When buying smartphones, I always make sure its chipset is made from tsmc. Btw, as i know, exynos 1280 only support max 30fps in pubg. I wonder maybe the gos issue of samsung that limits its performance.
Nope thats not how gos works this optimiztion issue from pubg dev side
@@lakshyagrover6379 Yes, i agree, it is not optimised by their dev, but, as i know, gos had limit lots of applications except benchmarks app. I wonder when this issue solved.
@@BullioMaguirio gos only limits chipset's peak performance I think. Gos won't allow the chipset to achieve full performance and will throttle the performance earlier to conserve heat. As far as I know, the midranger like A series didn't get affected by this gos problem, the only affected phone is the S series. So, the 30fps limits isn't related to the chipset performance, it's more related to the devs optimisation like you and the other said. But I still have doubts it would be able to maintain steady 60fps
@@josuke6131 Oh, I thought gos effect other samsung series before. I'm glad it only happens to s series. I think it maybe able to run 60 fps, but don't expect it perform as smooth & stable as snpdrgn 778G. Since it is a new chipset, maybe it need some time.
@@BullioMaguirio you can get 60fps on pubg new state and also play at ultra graphics at 35fps cuz Samsung is partnership with new state.
Which is better Samsung A33 or Honor X9a
Samsung gave wrong specs about A33 model... there official website shows NFC feature in A33 model... But NFC is not available in same model.
I did complaint to samsung support...
I am about to change my Poco f1 this week to the a33 but still thinking of A52s 🤔.. wondering what's the price now in Malaysia
Nice comparison and I really did find the A33 to be a better value for money. So I went ahead and bought it. However my model doesn't have NFC in it. Is that also a difference between A33 and A53? Please do let me know.
Galaxy A33 is almost identical to Galaxy A53 except these main differences: lower processor, ram, storage, and display.
Dual SIM has NFC - the other version not
Just bought this for my mom.
Eis?
@@borntoworkanddie6708 Electronic Image Stabilization :) A lot of smartphones nowadays combine optical and electronic image stabilization. Optical is physical (by shifting the lens physically) and electronic is by shifting the picture digitally. For EIS the camera module actually films a larger portion than what you see on your phone screen so that it can shift around the image without getting black areas along the sides of the screen. This is why for example with a lot of phones EIS only works in 1080p, the camera actually films in 4k but only uses the 1080p portion so it can use the rest for stabilizing the image.
Exactly. Samsung is trasg
@@MarinusMakesStuff From that point of view, any camera is capable of EIS. Just film it on the highest resolution, download it to your computer and in iMovie or something else perform stabilization on the video. It'll come out at a slightly lower resolution but technically it's the same process.
God... I hate the design of A33.
I hate the "Infinity U"... I just hate it
No Wifi6?!?
Should i get this or A53?
A33 and A33 or A53?
People so blind with the phone specs. Android and security updates are important too.
And idk why people are issuing about the earphones jack (not on this video) . There's so many TWS company gives you good TWS with low price. You didn't neeed branded company tws like air pods or samsung buds etc. Just buy like 1more and QCY buds.
And the charger. If you willingly to spend 1 time high power charger. i bet you didn't care about charger in the box anymore. Like me , I buy 100w ugreen charger and all my other charger useless rn.
Maybe the phone is compatible with charger which is support PD(power delivery).
If your buying a33 . Think about it i bought mine dsys ago and totally regreted it. Im kind a disappointment of the selfie camera . Its so laggy and so noisy during night time capture
Why does the a53 lag after unlocking the lock screen?
Hows the haptic?
hi sir can u review A73 5G if u can have it ???new subscriber
Still shipping!
I prefer staying on the A32 because of the camera. The A33 literally lowered the camera specs.
I suggest you look for a detailed camera comparison instead of looking solely at specs and making assumptions from that. It is important to realise that camera sensors are not the same and mega pixel count does not equate to better picture quality and style.
How many 5g bands in glaxy a33?
