Some man I've had it easy these past 3 years as I've had a goid contact that's kept me going so my invoices were easy now I'm having to do them for my customers and I Bury my head as I struggle with it great post m8

Thanks. Invoicing can be a pain if we haven't to set up a good job management system which fills out all of the sections for us automatically leaving only 2 or 3 inputs needed. When your CRM system is set up it will only take you literally 2 or 3 minutes to create and send an invoice.
Not only that, you will be notified when the customer reads the invoice and the system will automatically send the customer a reminder to pay if they don't pay.
Then it will send a follow up email to ask for a customer review etc.. there's so much today that can be automated and handed over to systems freeing us up to do what we are good at and which we enjoy most, working with our hands.
