If you still fancy skyscrapers, nobody is stopping you from building one for yourself okay. You can't command skyscraper from the skys to happen, building a skyscraper is a huge capital intensive thing. If you have the money to build or raise a structure that has 50 floors and more, go ahead and do it okay, nobody is stopping you.
