This is a tutorial video on how to take apart and replace the LCD screen on your Samsung Galaxy S8. (The entire LCD+Digitizer+Glass screen assembly)
Its the same procedure and same glass screen used for all carrier models, but the frame that holds the LCD will be different.

I'd classify this more as a teardown tutorial vs a fix the screen. Was hoping you had shown how to remove the glass.

I see the glass for it but not the frame how difficult is it to replace just the glass

Unfortunately not. Not as far as I know.

you need to purchase a set of original sealings, there is one for the battry and two separate for the back plate each at about 10€ so with those it will be waterproof again.
pickleblubersmith, waterproof function will be damage when disassembly the parts.

NEVER use a metal tool to pry up a battery. A metal tool can short the battery and cause the battery to blow. Use Plastic tools only when working with a battery.
What part should be replaced
I got my screen replaced, everything is working fine but only one problem, the front camera is now blurry.
Why is that ?

Aren't you supposed to add glue? Some sort of glue for the phone? I think that's what really seals it from water...
LOCA glue will make the screen stick on better but waterproofing will always be lost unless you get it done by samsung

My screen went perminantly dark, but the screen has not been broken and I can still swipe calls to accept them even though the scree is dead

I regret buying my Galaxy S8. The phone has no durability at all. I dropped it from pocket height with a screen protector and my lcd broke. And the bottom left corner of the screen. Its just so expensive and easy to break. I should of had a case though.
