    I find this extremely useful.
In one of your previous videos, you highlighted some of the advantages of the H1-B visa and the need to inquire from one's institution/sponsor if they can offer H1-B, which I did and got a positive feedback.
My question is can a postdoctoral fellow in USA (2years working contract) go for a 3-months research exchange/short postdoc fellowship in Germany from a different funding body and return back to USA within the 2years period even if it means extending it 3months?

Generally the H1 or J 1 visa is tied to the employer and the person works there except for vacations etc to home country or trips as a tourist. What are the ramifications of working abroad will be told to you by the organisation Human Resources people. You can inquire about this a few months into your work in the US

I have a question. I am a masters degree student in Robotics (specifically simultaneos localization and mapping) from Brazil. I have 2 publications already in international conferences. I plan to do the phd here (I am afraid to apply to phds in USA given my experience now) and, after that, apply to jobs all around the world in my area, since there are almost no jobs in this area here in Brazil. Is this plan feasible or too risky?

The plan is feasible. After PhD you can go for postdoc in Europe.
