Ya I'm the same. That keto stuff simply doesn't work for me. Not to mention it kicks up sleep apnea, which completely kicks up my inflammation. Horrible spiral.
Really😮, I have never done keto, but tried numerous strategies simply to be healthy - vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, Paleo, whole foods with lean meats and no grains, and still do Ekadashi fasting, D'Adamo, and sequential eating but started carnivore twenty months ago with astounding results. Carnivore is so easy and so healing. 😊
