Well, don't you want to use the lift in your building? Don't you like cleanliness all around? What about security guard that you don't know the name of. All these people need to be paid, if you think only buying flat in a building will give you a home forever you are wrong buddy. Even in RWA society you need to pay maintainence although less but home prices are 5 to 10 times the price of flat.

Flats are best in good location if you use the flat ... otherwise if you don't want to live don't buy ...flat is like a society ... otherwise buying house in prime location is almost impossible ...so it's better to buy flats than buying house in outskirts of city with no prime location

Builder floors me problems. 1. Jo public rahti hai en flats me unme 50% log building maintenance bhi nahi dena chahte. 2. Pani ki sabse badi problems rahti hai builder jab flat sell karte hai tab sab sahi rahta hai क्योंकि building नयी होती है 3. Parking ek बड़ी problem hoti hai. 4 crowded bhi rahta hi hai.
Dosto flats main chamak hi chamak hai materiel nahin lagate Hain builders dosto. Aap agar flats sale kar rahe hain toh kisi engineer ya architecture se milne ke baad flats purchase karne ke liye soche yeh flat lekar aap ko baad mein pareshaani Na Ho okay thanks 🙏 ishwar Arora

Zyada tar.nice information..ek cheej samjhni chahiye dealers bolte kuch hai jabki bulider Jo owner h wo kuch or bolta hai..jab v ghar le pehle poora kaam karaye..or jo jo saman dealer ya builder ne bola h use likhkar le.or Parking meter+motor+residence meter or lift ke connection ki payment alag se na de..Jo de ek saath me deal karein..ho sake to dealers se door rahein..chor hote hai.

Ankur Vihar and specially Ganga Vihar are full of builder flats. Overflowing gutters and drains are very common. Dirty area. After expressway, these areas have become more backward. Good connectivity as most of the taxi and auto drivers live here only. Some builders are fooling the buyers, they sell you Ganga vihar flats instead of Ankur Vihar.

Sharing water overhead tank, limited parking. DLF Ankur Vihar is one such backward area for the last 20 years without road and water. Better stay on rent in these areas in 3 bhk rather than paying EMI.
