You forgot the match between Perry Saturn and Mike Bell. Bell, an jobber threw Saturn twice landing on his head, angering Saturn and he goes ballistic on Bell. Saturn threw Bell out of the ring, then throwing him to the steel steps and Saturn continues to beat up Bell until he was stopped. Saturn’s behavior to the jobber angered Mr. McMahon and Saturn was forced to undergo an new gimmick which he had a mop with him due to landing on his head.

Shawn Michaels had all of the political power during that time period, meaning that Vader beating up Shawn would have gotten him fired. And I say GOOD! Vader had a history of being a bully backstage, intimidating others with his size, and even being reckless with jobbers (don't forget that he broke a jobber's back). I'm so happy that a bully like Vader got humbled in the 90s. First Mr. Wonderful Paul Orndorff knocked Vader out in WCW and then Shawn Michaels showed Vader that power comes in more than one form lol

The finish to the Randy/Kofi match was supposed to be the punt since Randy was doing his legend killer thing and was trying to get that move over. It wasn't that Kofi got up too quickly for the RKO, it's that he wasn't supposed to get up at all past the punt/stomp position.
This was wayyy after the Legend Killer..Legend Killer was 2005/2006, the spot with Kofi was 2009 which was Legacy/Age of Orton/completely shaved head version of Orton.
the Viper gimmick with the Legacy of Orton was time he famously utilized the punt kick finisher, and it was known as a very deadly fatal finisher to put people in the hospital, and a very protected finisher, in fact when orton hits it, you know he is getting the 3 count, that wasn't his legend killer gimmick days I believe, but I have to rewatch, I remember it most from like 2008-2010
IT was around the Legacy time. After the punt kick people got sent to the hospital (in storyline of course). When he landed it you knew it was the end and he didn't do it too often but Kofi had to take the punt kick then but made a mistake and got up and took a brutal RKO for it.
