- The trial of Michelle Troconis has reached almost a month of testimonies, with closing arguments taking place Tuesday morning. Defense attorney Jon Schoenhorn delivered a passionate closing argument, stating “Michelle is not the remaining half of a scheming plot”. Troconis faces a conviction for conspiracy to commit murder.

As soon as she said Fotis tiok a shower and was home and it was found to be untrue I said Guilty. Its like hearing Alec Murdaugh at the kennels while he lied for a year saying he wasnt until he eas corneted with Pauls video.
Plus her DNA was on the outside of the bag taking from the garbage in Hartford. If you're innocent your how does one explain the DNA? I'm innocent that's why my DNA not there, her's is 😮
The only reason why there wasn’t more DNA it was because they altered the crime scene. They used cleaning products, sponges and water, of course there’s a lot more evidence where DNA was present, but couldn’t be determined.
Jennifer dulos did no know he was capable to kill her, that was the reason that she came back home after dropped off her kids at school
Jennifer knew he was able to harm her. She wrote it. I don’t know why she didn’t have more surveillance cameras, alarms or even a body guard. She had the money.
Fotis would not kill his estrange wife if there was no jealous, greedy mistress involved.
MT motivated Fotis to committed murder & destroyed Jennifer ‘s body.

Except that there's no good evidence that supports your claims, there's an abundant amount of reasonable doubt in this case.
She admitted to being dominant in the relationship during interrogation. I think she gave him an ultimatum, and that pushed him.

If my boyfriend was gone for 4 hours you know i would have been able to put that together i would not try to lie and cover up his were abouts unless i was in on it . Murders do not wear a sign around thier neck or a badge . They showed us who they are when the kill
She is guilty, she was with him throwing plastic bag in the trash,she did it five times,he was working as a contractor,he should have a big trailer to put all the bricks, and not using the city trash,he knew the law enforcement will look evidence in the trailer.
A guilty person who is hiring evidence doesn't want a witness, however a coconspirator is of course not shielded.
Excellent point. His dumping the evidence in Hartford had nothing to do with paying for dumpsters. He knew they would check his properties so he decided to scatter evidence in multiple places, including New Canaan

The defense lawyer was an absolute mess! Did he not prepare? His closing was all over the place, no structure at all.

Why did Fotis and Michelle kill Jennifer now. Because they wanted fortune children would inherit . Fotis owed millions to Jennifer’s father. If she died maybe debt would be forgiven , no child support and full custody of kids. Who cared what report said, still would owe debt and he didn’t love those kids and neither did Michelle. Anyone who would kill a child’s parent does not love them.

Strongly suggest that anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney skip right over Shoehorn. He acts like this is his first day on the case. And to still try and deflect onto someone who the state has already thoroughly investigated and not found to not be part of the planning or execution, what a sorry attempt at nothing. Shoehorn shouldn't have reminded the jury of just how guilty his client is.
Audrey Felsen looked ridiculous running up to Jon Schoenhorn to slap down all those sticky note reminders while he gave his closing argument. I don't think he used any of them.
Wow! I can't believe so many of you think that. I thought the defense did way better than the prosecution. So much more detail. She may not be innocent 100%, but she is not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. While this whole situation is tragic, Michelle Traconis should not be the fall guy because the real murderer is dead now. Anyways, that's how i see it!
