Supposedly Norm Patis had the document and gave it to Fotis Dulos. He was FD’s original attorney. MT’s attorneys had a hard copy of the document but would not have shared it with MT. It would have not helped anyone for them to do so.

From the video of today's hearing, I first thought MT had a hair cut. Then I realized her hair is still long. She does not have access to a hair straightener in jail is why her hair is wavy. She has no make up on.

This was an outrageously over charged case. Everyone was so upset that Fotis Dulos wasn’t available for punishment they wanted to get anyone they could. They made such a big deal about the fire in the fireplace. I lived in one of those big houses in Avon and the main floor was freezing until mid June. I had a fire in my fireplace that day. I watched the entire trial and felt almost all the “evidence” against Michelle Troconis was flimsy at best. I do not know the woman.
There is so much hard evidence agst MT. It was not an “over charged case”. They charged her based on the evidence. She and Fotis were actually taken in at the same time. I have served on 3 juries in the CT Superior court system, and never once have I seen a defendant have access to a laptop during the trial.
