Sweet!! Nice video guys!!! Job well done. Amazing you mentioned about the rattling of the lift. You know how many times I've been behind a repo guy or tow company and his lift is rattling and hanging on wit just one bolt. I always think on day he's going to lose that wheel lift. Great idea with the pivit points. I need to start brain storming more....😉
Eugene Cody Just curious. how do they know which cars to repo when thats what they do most? Do they get a list from a bank and try to repo that list all year?
I've said this before and I'll say it again, I drove Eagle Claw trucks for over 20 years and we went thru lower pivot pins and at the claws all the time. Plus the lower cylinder pin on the ram would wear out to the point where the ram would hit and crack the ram. With 20 trucks and twice a year they'd be down with cracked rams it adds up.
All truck frames that start life as a pick up truck must be reinforced. In our opinion we will not install anything that’s not reinforced on a pick up truck frame.
As many parking garages have limited clearance not before many towing companies have a division for repos when they outfit regular pickups to carry out the repo as it does the job of getting in and hooking up the deadbeat's vehicle and getting out without the owner noticing as the easiest way is to hook up the vehicle is by the drive wheels.

Ben Schorr We do an extensive frame reinforcement that has guaranteed results. Search #DWFrameReinforcement on FB or IG. You’ll see a ton of pics and vids.
We always recommend towing something smaller than your truck. Never exceed the GVWR of your truck. That is 1st & foremost. This particuliar truck in the video is a 3/4 ton 2500 (w/ a 10,000lb GVWR). She's not going to tow anything heavy safely. She is limited to smaller sized vehicles. Now if she was a crew cab, 8' bed with a diesel. That combination could handle a ton more weight & carry it safley. 2 rules of thumb that you want to live by to carry a heavy load safely. 1. Get a long wheelbase truck. 2. The higher the GVWR of the truck the better for towing. Here is a link explaining GVWR in detail.... auto.howstuffworks.com/auto-parts/towing/towing-capacity/vehicle%20/gvwr.htm

no good for towing full size SUV'S anything over 5k your driving around with the nose in the air ridiculous and the stress on the lift lines means fittings that leak and eventually blow 2500 series trucks suck for towing unless you put 1000 lbs in the front bumper your riding with the front wheels off the ground
Literally my dream unit
😎😎😎🫡
Your tow trucks look awesome and they get the job done. That's fresh
It’s a bad ass unit for sure. It’d take a lot to switch me out of my super duty with a Jerr Dan MPL40 but I wouldn’t mind trying it.
Your products are amazing

When you say slide in to bed of pickup truck bed bolt up no need reinforce truck frame or it has to be reinforce before you put that unit on.

Daniel Libich yeah we had problems with parking garages but our light bar flipped down that gave us the clearance that we need it

I see these kits just bolted up to pickups but no weight at all put on the front to keep them from tipping after picking up heavy loads.
I know it's a long video but towards the end. You'll notice us showing the owner the counter weight we installed on the front end.
Detroit Wrecker ok I see at 10:05 in the front seat. jk. I do see it, nice to have it hidden behind the bumper.
Ahhhhhh now I can steal cars
Нам до такого очень далеко
