The motor underneath lets off a slight smell and it's a little loud th-cam.com/users/postUgkxCKuMxLnvr6fJd_M4SE-n7trcGj3zEUHq but considering it's size and how hard it works to do the job, it's sort of expected. I assume the smell will go away over time. Overall, I love this cute little blender. The extra cups and lids are great too!

Thanks for the review. I got this recently, and the only thing that annoys me is the lid. It's really hard to put on and take off. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
@@mr.denoli7749 - yes, I found that if you just lightly hold the lid down (make sure you have your hand on it ) , without having to get the clips to click, it still works great. Nothing leaks or anything. Also don't hold it down so hard, that you don't allow the jar to naturally turn a bit when switched on. Hope that makes sense.
@@Kis-met thanks, that gives me hope that it should be :), I've seen a few videos and everywhere they don't seem to show this defect, I'm wondering if this is a warranty case or if it only applies to the cheapest version of the e310.
@@mr.denoli7749 - you may be right about it being a defect . I bought it off Amazon, and unfortunately by the time I discovered the lid doesn't work properly, the return window had passed. Even if I manage to click the lid down, having arthritis , find unclicking the lid very painful. As long as the outer ring of the lid sits inside the jar properly, I've found it seems to be ok. The drawback with that, is that you have to hold the lid down the entire time it's running .
I purchased one this year after reading numerous reviews, but was wondering if the stainless steel jar Vitamix sells is compatible with this model, will appreciate your response 🙏
How does this compare with a Vitamix Creations II? The Creations II has a low and high speed switch where the pulse switch is. Does the E310, E320, or the 5300 motor spin at high speed equal to that of the Creations II with high speed switched ON when the 310,320,5300 dial is at 10? They all have the same motor. My sig other believes she will have to hold the pulse switch to get to the high speed. She believes she will have to hold that button on high for 5 minutes while our soups or smoothies are made. I cannot find an answer to what should be an easy find. All these reviews yet nothing compared to the older models... Vitamix themselves won't state or show how this button is used or if it even needs to be when making smoothies. From my perspective there is no significant use for the pulse button at all, especially if you can't get high speed like a Creations II. Please someone help me?
Hi jeremyjin3448, well like most blenders its pretty loud. Depending on what you are blending, the noise levels could reach anywhere from 70-90 decibels.
It's all must of is 6 refreshing need .. Must don't absolutely my actually use presets?!! If only it came with a programmable timer... Must women be graduating UHT ingredients to return with the presets... Funny . To get a programmable timer we must but the the a3500
I have the E320 blender, and I am extremely disappointed at just how few recipes are in the recipe book! It is the same recipe book that comes with the E310.
It’s actually an advantage… I had glass blenders in the past and they are extremely heavy because the jars have to be very thick. A lighter jar makes for easier cleaning. Imagine dropping the jar if it was made of glass. Plus the price of these blenders is mainly due to the powerful motors and amazing blades.
Awesome review, and terrific editing and thank you very much for this review on the Vitamix® Explorian™ Series E310 Blender.
Great video. Thank you for your time and your review!
I just purchased one today. It’s on sale for $289. Thank you for doing this review!
I wish I lived over there, where I live it's eur477...
Can I ask you about it noise, is it to loud or is it like normal blender noise?

Thank you so much for this video! We were gifted this blender today and I wasn’t sure how to use it correctly. Appreciate this info!

Just bought this on offerup new for $230. Can’t wait to start using it!

Thanks for the great video. Can the blades be removed for cleaning?
Almond and Peanut butter can be blend in this ?
I just made my first vitamix soup.the recipe states to use the Hot Soups Program. Is there something I am missing? Nothing to set.
Can you blend with hot foods in this sir?
Could anyone please tell me if it's resistant for hot oil blends?, is it good enough to make smooth peanut butter?, thanks :)

If you don't close the lid tightly , the soapy liquid will spill when doing cleaning. Very annoying!
Great review! Is it compatible with a smaller jug?
I just used it today for the first time to make smoothies and the motor smells terrible. Can anyone tell me if it is normal to smell like that?
Are you able to add a bigger jug capacity (2L rather than 1.4L) to the E310?
Yeah you can.

Felicidades exelentes videos algún día se que podré comprarme una de estas una meta siempre e querido una soy fan de la jugó terapia
What about the e32o would you recommend it thanks for your reply
Does this blend American food just as well as British food?
😂
Hamburgers come out very smooth.
The grease may be too much
Can you replace the size of the container? Like can you buy a bigger size or would it have to be the same size?
In Sweden we have different sizes for the 310
Great, thank´s, it helps a lot 👌
You look like you've seen your fair share of blenders
I notice you don’t film taking the lid on/off. Is that because it’s so difficult and poorly designed?
Why do I see the jar rotating a bit in many of the clips when the machine is turned on? Poor fit to the base? Bad design?
can it blend indian spices? my ''not a vitamix'' blender went gg.
That sounds very good.
But doesn't have a thermal cutoff switch, for stopping the machine getting damaged and safety?
Hi I'm from the Philippines, I just bought one today. I saw starbucks and tim hortons here using it so I bet it has great quality 🙂

Hell yeah lmao

Why the fuck are you taking recipe advice from a blender company?
Isn’t ideal for less quantity, the sticks to the wall and doesn’t blend. That’s stick doesn’t help! Bought it just day before, disappointed!
i agree its always been my problem 😫 and too loud
Meh, this is too limited for the price. No smoothie button :(
No smoothies button?….this thing makes smoothies with ease….just put a sticker on the on/off button that says “smoothies“ and you are all set.
Jug is made out of plastic. Pathetic for something that expensive.
