@@JasonWardrop Yeah, I understand that. I’m talking about the chat widget they put on their website that opens the door to a SMS convo. So, when agents buy your white labeled GHL. And they already have a website from their brokerage (a subdomain of their brokerages website). They need to access the backend of that website to place the code for that chat widget. But do they have the ability to do that considering their website is just a subdomain of their brokerages website?

What's great about having a CRM/website separate from the brokerage is that they can take it with them no matter what brokerage they work for. In my area, most agents jump around at least once a year which is awful as a client to find your agent when they don't have a brand website and that the brokerage just lists their own number. Not sure what the agreement is between an agent and their brokerage, but as a client, I'd rather stick to my agent and not an office. So having a CRM separate from the brokerage means you take your leads with you too
