    I was first exposed to this model way back in the 1970's. I would wait with baited breath for my next issue of Model railroader, hoping to see more photos and an article about what George had done next. My favorite photo was of some guys sitting and plying , I believe, checkers behind a small building. The real secret to his model is attention to detail and the massive amount of structures , with hidden detail. Even John Allen did not go this far, although Jason Jensen is giving George a run for massive detail, he will have to go a long way to out do George's model. With George, You have to be careful, otherwise a photo may be confused with a real scene.

    Nice vid! Thanks for doing it. I've always admired George's layout, have an original Model Railroader with this layout in it!

    The Biggest Lie in this Hobby is that it's a dying Hobby
    Yea it's Dying at $ 1 . 5 + Billion a year Industry . That's going to be a Large Grave . NOT !!!!!
