Hi, Thanks a lot for this video! There are not so many about this model! how have youfound this hammock in the long term, or in comparison with other hammocks (I notice you use a TW in another video). Thanks in advance!
There is much more room in the Amok , i find it is one of my most comfortable hammocks. I tend to use a Woodsman X hammock the most as it is super light and has a built-in bug net important for Scotland . You can't get these now though. Winter camping is no problem in the Segl XL. AmoK should do a Camo Segl with bug net it would sell really well :) hope that helps a bit . O and a lightweight under quilt is recommended with the Segl. ATB. Phil.
@@gustavg5584 Hi , just to let you know the Segl is now my Main hammock , all i have put on it is a adjustable ridge line to hang bits on it really is a great hammock.
@@walkaboutphilpots3795 hi! Thats great to hear, we live in Norway and that is one of our candidates. Ticket to the moon, dd Hammocks and Amok are probable the easiest to find hammocks here, and more budget friendly than for example Exped, I wonder if you recommend one of these, (mostly for overnight hikes), thanks!
Bug Net Defler Full Cover with storage link in the description . This is my go to setup now :) found one here .www.amazon.fr/LinkHealth-Camping-hamac-Bug-moustiquaire/dp/B07D9L6D7C
the trees you guys have are just asking to have hammocks hung in them. amazing.
