Oh wow … you’re in the Philippines now! I went back in 2019 and things were very different from my childhood memory. Beside a few historical sites, most places left to visit were malls and malls and malls. Very boring! Makati certainly brings some decent “life” back; not impressive to me. Hated the traffic. Took 45 min for a 15 min drive …
I was short on time so didn’t visit Palawan and Cebu; Boracay was closed off. Hope you had a great time.
