- It has been two weeks since I arrived in Taiwan, and I am still roaming around the country.
This episode is about my trips to Chishang and Guanshan townships in Taitung County, cycling around the lovely rural parts of Taiwan and seeing their large paddy fields and amazing natural landscapes.

Hi… thank you for the video…very helpful! How many hours from Kaohsiung to Chisang Station?
It is about 3 hrs by train (Tze-Chiang Limited Express).
Is it safe if i arrived there during night time.. say around 8pm?
@@neesaelc4648 Yes, it's very safe. The town is small, and if you stay inside the town proper, you can even walk from the railway station to your hotel.

A very lovely town, the scenery, the cycling culture, the quiet and slow life, you are so lucky to stay there.
And the people are lovely and accommodating. I even got invited by a lovely family to visit their home, and they welcomed me with delicious food that day. Very lovely, and always missing it.
