Everything about this is just gorgeous! Thank you for showing all the steps--I sometimes feel like when I'm finishing I don't give the same care and attention to the finishing process as I did the stitching. I think seeing the process broken down into manageable steps will help me slow down and really make it beautiful!

She is a beauty… thank you for all of your tips… i too am a visual learner… i especially liked the button center stitch… back in the day of craft shows… i would make covered buttons for button front denim shirts… using coordinating fabrics. Love all the colors used in your finishing tutorial👍👏

I have one of those vintage paper cutters - you know the one that has the large wooden base and weighs about 20 pounds - it cuts that sticky board so good!
Lucky! I WISH I had the one my mom had while we were growing up. They don't make them like that anymore!
Nichol, this was really a great tutorial! I don't think I watched the More Chocolate Bunnies finish video (yet), so I want to say I'm glad you included the painting in the video, and the fact that you worked on it over several days. I think people forget that finishing takes real time too! I've never done my own finishing but I may give it a whirl (I've also never done these "smaller" projects so it's actually pretty exciting for me!)
Looks great as always! I have gotten so I use dots and tape too as I think it works better than hot gun glue. Love the way you cut the rick rack as I always have a problem going arount the corners. Everything is perfect❤🤍💙

I was thinking of finishing my board the way you did the sleigh with distress inks. Using Distress Oxide Chipped Sapphire... what is your opinion, Love the way the sleigh turned out. I have not done my yet..
You can definitely do that. I would recommend sealing the ink before adding your stitching or embellishments.
