You would have to go to small towns with a lower population and not much around to get a cheaper price.

All of the affordable apartments in Sudbury are basement apartments lol. Actual apartments are like $1700 and up. I do not suggest moving here as the culture is a toilet and it's so french

It wouldn’t have been so bad if he hadn’t said it about 5 times or so. It’s obviously a computer voice but that being the case I would have rewritten it the way it’s supposed to be.

There's no way you drive to Toronto from North Bay in less than 4 hours unless you are driving 50 over..

Real estate in Canada varies by region.
However, following today's Bank of Canada rate cut to 4.5%, keep an eye on the market.
With speculation about further reductions to 4% this year and 3% next year, will buyers continue to wait?
As the market shifts, sellers may become more flexible on prices.
For buyers, this is an opportunity to prioritize the most important factor in real estate: location.
Remember the mantra: Location, Location, Location.
In today's market, buyers can secure prime locations.
If prices rise again next year and affordability becomes an issue, you'll wonder why you didn't act in 2024.
While no one can predict the future, we can make informed decisions now. Always do what's best for you, but stay well-informed.

Nowhere is cheap in Ontario. I checked out a home in St. Mary's and it was $648,000! Small town, small home. Ridiculous! Living in Canada has become a luxury.
