Very strange layout...enter front door, walk down hall into the kitchen and then into living room? I don't think so! The upstairs is outstanding, minus a black bathroom. That's weird! The backyard has a beautiful pool, but not much of a yard, so...no picnics! Sorry, but not for me!

I will admit that each individual room is beautiful. But the design flow of this house is awkward. Why would you put a powder room in the formal dining room? Let's say someone has to take a poo during dinner. Now you have the smell wafting out into the dining room while people are eating. And the fireplace in the master seems like an afterthought. The long bank of cabinets that run down the side of the fridge in the kitchen I think is meant to be a butlers pantry but is strangely placed. And there is no real place to put a table and chairs in the kitchen great room.
Not a good kitchen ! No windows and way to dark ! Set up weird
