Open question to all: If the West Bank is supposed to be turned over to the Palestinians as part of a signed agreement, why does the Israeli government allow people to just build houses and settlements on that land? I'm confused by the situation.

Honor legal documents which show true property ownership. People should also understand that most Palestinians have much stronger bloodline connection to that land than those who have immigrated there.
Also, people should remember that the promise of return to that land is contingent upon strict obedience to the Torah.

What I've learned in this video is that in the West Bank, Israel is operating an apartheid state, wherein settlers are encouraged by the military to attach Arabs, and Arabs are shot for defending themselves. As an American, I'm very sad that my government is supporting an apartheid government. It will continue because we allow our government to influenced by lobbyists and Israel spends a lot of the $5B in annual US taxpayer aid on lobbyists to advance its interests - even when Israel killed almost thirty US sailors in the USS Liberty attack in the 1960's, during which Israel successfully lobbyed our corrupt US government to keep the attack secret from the American people.

The claim that there was a presence of Jewish people since the Romans destroyed the Temple does not establish current events, or the crimes committed by either side. Late 1800's tthrough early 1900's was phase 1 of migration. Prior to that, politics of the land has no bearing on the current situation.

Some Torah scholars were allowed to live as prisoners and taken to Iberia (Spain&Portugal). The Muslims of Arabia had made a contract at Hudaiba, under the leadership of Muhammad, to eventually help Jewish people back into the land. The Caliphates of Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, and Turkey were all for that reason. There were different phases. Morocco was about freeing the captives and RAMBAM was there. I have felt his Synogogue in Cordoba personally. The Egyptian Caliphate was the Rafa crossing. I could go on. Apartheid means segregation by race. Arabs and Jews live hand in hand in Israel. Stop comparing Israel to South Africa. In South Africa, the Blacks were separated because they were black.
