If you're asking where the material came from this course, I assembled it from a number of text books, and online resources I found, including "artificial intelligence: a modern approach", books on logic, bioinformatics, informatics, computational biology, and AI in medicine. I wasn't able to find a single source for the course I needed to assemble.
