Oregon State Police trooper talks to motorist who found cash along I-5

Oregon State Police Trooper Christopher Ward calls a motorist who found cash on Interstate 5 last year. Colin McCarthy threw $250,000 onto the highway that day. The cash came from a nearly $2 million hush money agreement McCarthy struck nine months earlier with his former employer, Pacific Office Automation, and company CEO Doug Pitassi.
