Can you do a video on how to skate for longer as an older skater without getting tired really fast? The only park close by me you have to pay to get in but I find it a waste to go pay to skate when I’m tired and ready to call it quits after an hour or so. The skatepark near me doesn’t charge an hourly rate it’s $12 for an all day pass that’s the only option.
Start going to the gym at least 3 days a week if you don’t already. Lift weights and try to do at least 30 minute cardio sessions. The cardio part has helped me out a lot
It’s more intimate. Skateboarding looks better vertical because you get closer. I’m just saving time because I have to make vertical clips already for Instagram. Half the work.
Do you still use the ankle braces? I'm looking into getting a pair because as soon as I had turned 30 in the first half of this year I immediately injured both ankles within months apart. I think one was just an average sprain and has healed, however the other feels more like an ankle impingement that has been bothering me since early July despite doing a ton of rehab and not skating. I'm starting to get desperate!
When you buy Old Bones Therapy knee braces did you buy your size according to their size chart or did you size down for more compression and a better tighter fit?
Just sprained my ankle recently. I'll be picking these up before I go skating again. Glad you made the video!
I need this to stabilize my patella, I’ve dislocated it 12 times.

Not really. I just skate in b ball shorts now because I lost some weight and feel 14 again.
These supports are literally the reason that I can still skate at 34.
Awesome! I’m 34 as well.
Bruh 34 is young
Compression pads are great but what you really need to keep skating alright after 40 is to lose weight and do some workout... Sad but true
True
reason why i started going to the gym
