Currently been playing on a ps3 slim on cfw and it’s probably been the best gaming console I’ve had so far with the cfw
I just finished copying all my games to my slim. It's my go too console, I have a fat but it still sounds loud after thermal paste replacement. The slim works great and is quite. I just started using it on my LG Ultra Gear Monitor and it's crazy how good games look. Happy gaming
Have you tried changing the settings to make the games run smoother on the HEN system? When people use Batocera or Retroarch they often have different settings saved for different consoles to make the games run smoother. You may want to downgrade the video resolution or if you have Skip draw hack, it can help with flickering and lags.
Since this video, HEN updated, this made for way better performance. I did go and adjust the settings a little making every game so far play. Thanks for the advice and view.

I’m running the full cfw evilnat with managunz and every single time I load a PS2 game it crashes my ps3. Is there something I’m not doing right?
Is your ps3 backwards compatible with ps2 games?

@user-fm1ow6vx3q ya, unfortunately if it is not backwards compatible then it won't play them. So only ps3 and ps1 with some psp games. So far only 2 psp games work.

I have a ps3 on a much older version. Should I try to jailbreak it with the old version or update it first?
A updated cfw would be best. The software bugs have been fixed in new jailbreak software.
