I always use a tin of chopped tomatoes, carrots and Yorkshire relish (it's vegetarian, unlike Worcester sauce) Even our picky eating daughter loves it.
That sounds delicious; I will be looking out for Yorkshire relish, haven't heard of it before. One thing I have started to add is a handful of red lentils. They do not add any flavour but are so good for you 🤗
Hi Sheila. I Have been trying to get a decent cottage/shepherd's pie together for many months, usually ending up with a dreadful bland dinner for the 2 of us. I tried your recipe today and we were over the moon with the result. A decent Sunday dinner at long last! Thank you for your presentation.

@@sheilaskitchen Have a look in the gluten free aisle in ASDA. That's where I get mine 👍🏻

thanks sheila, cooked it this morning for my kids lunch.
Hope they enjoyed it 😋
I did not know the difference between shepherds and cottage pie or cold water washing to avoid onion/garlic odors. Thank you for teaching me!
Amazing recipe. Wana try this ❤️
I hope you enjoy it 😃
Use a stainless steel "soap bar" to remove odors from your hands. Works brilliantly.
Your recipes looks amazing.
Thank you for the tip 👍
