The firewall is part of the automobile body that separates the engine compartment from the driver. If you watch the video he is pointing exactly at the part of the automobile that separates the driver from the engine was he not?

I know I chick bought hers off Temu for like 45 and they're bright as hell. She's had them for 8 months with no issues

How do I wire rock lights to the gm battery that has the bolts
i installed my rock lights i had them on but then when i was gonna install the rest they dont work now but i checked and they come on but cant figure out how to make them work on my truck agian i cant figure out what fuse is blown cus i tryed everything

Would it be easier to splice the rears into the trailer light harness? So you don’t have to touch any factory wires. The front can be connected to an add a fuse for the same running light circuit.
Could do it that way if you dont want them on a switch. Personally I'd like to be able to control when they're on or off
I have 2 LED offroad lights in my bumper could I use all that wire an toggle switch I used on the LEDS but on the Rock lights ? Its on a 2000 two wheel drive toyota Rav4

i just ground mine near the frame by the light so i only have positive wires running through the truck
That’s what I did too. Much easier than running 2 wires

LEDs are low amp draw so I went with a 15 on my install.

Yes.I would use14 ga main wires.

Add a secondary battery
LEDs do not draw a lot of amps.Usually 1/10th of a incandescent bulb.Seem my post on a remote and relay install.This insures no parasitic draws.
so are all the grounds wired up to 1 ground wire or to multiple locations?

I take gounds back to battery to head off future problems.
I wanna buy rock lights, but i feel like I will still find ways to mess up because I suck at instructions

Their example truck pictured on the web page is squatted.... -50 points. Also, the entire divider between the cabin and engine bay is the firewall, not just the pass through grommet, hence fireWALL.....
