  • Your body is wonderful … no matter what! And this deeply relaxing self compassionate body scan meditation will guide you to pay attention to different parts of your body and cultivate feelings of kindness and care towards yourself.
This guided meditation is a release-only type of progressive muscle relaxation narrated by a soft, female voice. If you have areas of tension or discomfort, bringing kindness and compassion to these areas can help release some of the physical tension and relax more deeply.
Many of us are very hard on ourselves, and this can contribute to feelings of stress and anxiety. By practicing self-compassion during a body scan, you can start to shift towards a more kind and caring attitude towards yourself.
Make time to appreciate your wonderful body.
You are worthy of this care, kindness and protection. Remember that this body scan meditation is a tool that you can use anytime you're feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed with difficult emotions. It's a way to connect with your body, and offer yourself the compassion and kindness that you deserve.
Today, by doing this body scan you have told your body I love you and I’m listening. Remember no matter where you are, or what you’re going through you have the power to bring compassion and kindness to yourself.
    Be well, be calm,
    ❤ Clare

I find only your videos help me because of your voice is soothing . I have been waking up having night terrors . Or start a Panic attack at bed time .Unfortunately, I am allergic to all meds they have tried on me .I keep headphones , stress ball, Bible and worry stones and ice water by my bed and soft lights and my ESA dog. Do you have any other suggestions ? I start listening to talk downs at least a hour before bed . And I do have a therapist , but she isn’t much help.

I strongly recommend EMDR for panic attacks and night terrors. EMDR is a wonder for me. Hang in there!

It will get better! I had that for years before I got therapy. Is your therapist specializing in panic disorders Or PTSD? Maybe finding one who knows those things will help. Please hang in there bc it WILL get better!!!❤

Ashwaganda is an amazing remedy. Been using it for years. Even after emdr treatments for a year, I sometimes still get panicky.
It works very quickly, won't make you drowsy but will bring you a level of where your nervous system should be..so if you're very tense it can make you feel a bit like you are sleepy but you're just feeling normal 😊
Works the other way too, if you're emotionally exhausted it will lift you up.
When you do sleep, you'll sleep deeply and during the day your emotional reactions are more regulated.
You can get it in any health store and it has no side effects
The longer you use it the more effective it is.
Highly recommended it to anyone with anxiety or panic disorders or sleep issues..

Feels so much more relaxed after this. I really enjoyed the meditation routine. Sometimes I just take a break to walk around my house, and needed to calm my mind. May I also request to have a walking meditation too?
