    I opened my eyes after this practice feeling relax and I realized the type of meditation guide this was on (Love) and Yess Love is supposed to feel relax.

    Awesome session. As much as i enjoy 10 min sessions that fit my busy schedule, i found this 20 min one to provide more benefit to my anxious mind and overall well being. Thank you fro the bottom of my heart!

    I was having a sad / anxiety today this morning, I really enjoy this 20 minutes meditation. Your voice sound so relaxing and I felt alot better, and so much relax and calm. Thank you so much, I'm going to meditation every morning

    I'm going to listen to this meditation but before I do. I want to thank you and all who shares. I was talking to my therapist and an advocate yesterday . Thinking of all the advice they give me. the resources they are trying to find to help me with what I am going through in my life. My two daughters love going to talk they can get things that are on their mind out to someone that will understand. What I am saying is I encourage anyone who is going through any situation in there life to open up. there are people out there that will help you. talk to you will find things that will help you please go out open you're mind . May peace be with you all love you all💕

    Today it was hard practice because I found my mind too much wandering and those background noises and I moved my body slightly 3 times too but I made it till the last.

    Thank you for the wonderful meditations! This is my favorite channel to meditate. Small suggestion: have you thought about doing a meditation for when sick? I have a cold (not covid, tested negative) and wanted to do a meditation to relief my anxiety around health and all but didn't found any on your channel. Just a suggestion since I guess with Covid going around I am not the only one looking for something like this!
