    You are a great coach! You explain a few details in a very easy to understand I never saw before, Great! Please make more such top quality vidoes.
    You use diffirent terms "screw, unscrew" instead of Coil and Uncoil. That is interesting.
    It is such a joy to watch your coaching vidoes.

    I disagree! If you’re too loose and If you have too many moving pieces,, you increase your chances of making errors. I say the opposite - minimize the number of moving parts and simplify the motion ! Less is better.
