I'm SO sorry about your friend, and for all those that lived him like yourself... my heart breaks with yours, I know the pain you're going through as well as I know myself. If you ever need, you aren't alone. I would seek the others like you. As someone that attempted unaliving myself recently, I know it would be painful to lose me if anyone cared. I wouldn't want them to cry, but I wouldn't expect them not to cry. I'd hope they'd try to understand that I'm in constant severe pain and won't be anymore. I won't hurt in my mind, heart, body or spirit/soul anymore. I'd hope that people would think of the good memories, or celebrate somehow. If you happen to slip snd fall into that dark place in your mind, just know your loved one would not want that of you. Its easy to stay in that dark place and its easy to fall into in these times... Every time you get sad about your friend, do something that made them happy or do/say something funny they said to try and turn that negative feeling into a positive.
If you ever need or want, I'd be more than happy to be there for ya. Another thing you can do is when you get sad about them, go do SOMETHING that makes YOU happy. Even if you don't feel like you want to because you're that down, that's when you need to force yourself the most. If you're having to force yourself, I know, you're gonna hate doing it at first. But by the end, you will be glad you did. Hope you are doing as ok as you can right now. Be safe, fill each day with love, even if it's helping strangers. Helping an elderly person load groceries in their vehicle, volunteering at a place even if it's once a month in honor of your friend even!
