The Man U cheat code is because the game was developed in Wakefield just outside of Leeds and the lads were almost certainly Leeds United fans. It was a common chant at Elland Road especially during that period when both teams were competing for the League title.

The XR3i TURBO NUTTER BASTARD cheat was based on Harry Enfield's Loadsamoney character from Friday Night Live back in the 80s who drove the aforementioned car. Offensive on the face of it, but barely offensive when you know the context.
My dad used to drive that exact same car.
That MACSrPOO cheat code in DD2 was actually a reference to the word Mackem that Newcastle calls to Sunderland fans. With Reflections based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and are arch rivals with Sunderland. Reflections decided to name the cheat code after Newcastle's arch rival.
Oh and I also talked to Simon Donald (The Creator or Viz who is also based in Newcastle btw) about your video about the Viz game. Next time I see him again, I will show him the video.

Jazz Jackrabbit had a cheat code called "apogee". It was removed in later versions due to it referring as "apology mode" and shifts the game to 16bit color as if they were making fun of apogee still uses 16bit color in newer DOS games.

Whenever Guru Larry says the Alien Breed Codes that having swearing in them, I always burst into a fit of laughter! Probably because of his voice.
On the reverse side of things, in Spider-Man 2: Enter Electro, if you attempt to input swears in the cheat code menu, Spider-Man will punch the word to replace it with something more family-friendly.
"ST EMULATOR" turning the graphics red is underappreciated (ST=Sanitary Towel).
Metal Gear had 'fuckme' which sent you to the final boss without anything at all.

I find the "MOTHERFUKENKIWIBASTARDS" one to be the funniest because I'm just imagining some original developer trying to play the game to test stuff and not actually being very good at it and just sitting there raging until they put in a rage filled cheat code for themselves just to get to the goddamn part of the game they want to test, already.
Most offensive code I can think of for a console is Monster Rancher Battle Card, for the Gameboy Color.
You enter in codes when trading in a certain item to get special rare cards. Most were self referential, like TECMOINC, BOMBJACK, TIMENOID, etc. One code could be considered suggestive, DOAGIRLS, likely in reference to said characters'.........characteristics, that seem out of place in a game explicitly for children. However, the most offensive (or at the very least, antagonistic) code would be POKEDEAD, which likely doesn't require explanation. Apparently, the franchise didn't have the greatest opinion of its competition at the time.
Conker's Bad Fur Day was brilliant for that sort of thing. All the codes were Brit slang, the best one being "SPUNKJOCKEY" for insta-gibs.

In the original Space Quest, when playing the mostly random slot machine, you could type "holy shit" to enter a debug mode that would let you choose the next outcome of the slots. Not exactly on the level of these cheats, but a bit farther than most Sierra games were willing to go.
What about Conker's Bad Fur Day? Almost every cheat was something offensive. Unless you're trying to keep before a certain date.

Fun fact about alien breed if you purchased the budget version the nice people at team 17 removed the ending and instead you got a text screen saying what did you expect you got the budget version.

This isn't a cheat code, but a password for Cosmic Spacehead on MegaDrive, it was 'shit fuck crap sex9 time'.
I entered this into the password screen when i was around 8, thinking it would be funny to randomly put in some 'naughty' words. To my surprise it worked, and took me very close to the end of the game.
