could i get drilled and slotted cts rotors so i wont drill any holes in to the ctsv rotors ?

Yes. Base CTS hubs on all four corners.

Yes, the rear is a little different for the hubs because of having to deal with the axles, but going this route means that the stock parking brake system doesn’t have to be modified or deleted
