    Real owners can understand their pets bark when the tone changes imo.

      Real owners?

    • @jochenzimmermann5774
      @jochenzimmermann5774 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      that's usually the kind of people who also think their dog understands every word they say. i've got a friend like that, she even thinks her dog understands how an elevator or car works, because the dog looks at the elevator or car when it makes a noise.
      imo: no idea if that gimmick works - but i definitely wouldn't be surprised if artificial intelligence understands animal sounds better than our natural human stupidity...

      I consider myself a "real owner". But the lady is researched and obviously right.
      I would just assume my dog is happy when we play. Not that she gets angry over losing.
      The research is incredibly interesting as a "real owner", the only thing I really understand is my dogs thoughts are very complex.

      Dogs are vocal so it's possible. Cats more silently judge..

    • @Tiniuc
      @Tiniuc 3 ปีที่แล้ว +19

    I always know what my dog is barking about. Make one for baby humans, ffs.

    • @liliachan3753
      @liliachan3753 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Baby humans are more easily to predict. Cry for hunger, cry for being tired, cry for wanting skin contact, cry for attention. Now you gotta take care of all of those needs at the same time and you are set.

    • @y_fam_goeglyd
      @y_fam_goeglyd 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Babies' cries are easy to tell apart. Hungry (thirsty is covered by that until being weaned), uncomfortable (includes nappy changing or wrong temperature, etc), hurting, scared & want company... Not much else until they're about 3-4 months old!
      Just as with babies, if you pay attention to your dog's body language as it makes different noises, you'll quickly learn what each sound means. If you're not prepared to pay attention, you shouldn't have an animal or a kid.

    • @UATU.
      @UATU. 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I’m a mother and grandmother and communicate just fine with canines as well as human babies. I was joking, but feel free to pontificate if it makes you feel better, Karen.

    Dogs aren't your sons or daughters people, they are your dog, a beautiful creature able to communicate with you without a translator.

    I would live it if they came up with a device that could tell me what my dog is always thinking. Lol
