If this really is your first animation on Adobe Animate, I can tell you're good! It took me years to understand this software properly and to see someone who's just started making content of such good quality for a first try.... I'm not going to lie, I'm a little jealous! For a first animation, it's fantastic. I encourage you to keep exploring and making more animations.
the reason you cant ease the tweens is because youre using motion tweens. motion tweens are made for arcs and such, but classic tweens are made for more grounded movement (and have built in ease styles)
There is easing and this is a vector based program, its obviously going to seem "shit". Your comparing two completely different programs. Do your research.

actually you can, click on it and look at the part saying "ease". -100 is in, and 100 is out
