I have now started my own company. Reason being is giving 100%. Always thought if I give it my all and take care of my employer money will come. However I have been used and screwed time and time again. I'm now In a position to do the right thing and take care of my employees the way they deserve.

Most sales training content I've ever seen teaches you to ignore the bottom 80% and spend all your time With the top 20% I always believed that to be complete bullshit. Props to Andy for teaching the opposite!
Dear Andy, Your videos are beyond infectious and I respect your fierce loyalty to your company and to your family. I plan to watch them faithfully every morning because, as a fiery female getting back into the workforce (in luxury sales), after a long self-employed run, am beginning my new job position next week. It's very exciting. I agree that with years of maturity come so many varied strengths and skills we are able to now draw from, which not only raises our confidence to another level, but also can influence and inspire all who we meet, both clients and fellow co-workers. My question is this, how do I jump back in, head first on day one, with the enthusiasm, commitment, and drive I possess to perform, and have it met with both cooperation and appreciation, rather than viewed as opportunistic or competitive. I'm a leader by nature, but I am also extremely loyal as a team player. I aim for win-wins and respect every moment I spend in service to others and ultimately, to myself. Any advice on this 'dance' is truly appreciated.
