How am I not smart then? I have eaten them every day for 2 years now. That's a silly statement. There are a lot of foods and ingredients which are good for you. There's no best of the best.
We don't do placebo studies right when working with food. Sugar itself is a cognitive enhancer, because it satisfies caloric needs. A cup of blueberries will contain more sugar than a sugar pill, _therefore it's more effective._ More food is better than less food. Who knew.
There is no fucking chance she ever actually read those studies. I refuse to accept that any scientist, particularly in a field as complex and subtle as biology or nutrition would speak that authoritatively.
I think blueberries make you smarter the same way ZIP codes predict success. If you can afford blueberries every day, then you were going to be successful without them.
Unfortunately if I eat one cup of blueberries a day I'll no longer be able to pay rent.
😂...at least you try retaking the SAT's and probably get a high score
Get frozen berries, they re cheaper
A 2lb bag of frozen blueberries is like 8 dollars, that will last you at LEAST a week
blueberries are not expensive at all.
4lb bags at Costco are like 14 bucks. Never get fresh, just buy frozen and make smoothies instead
Anthocyanins are also in black beans, kidney beans, black rice, and other dark pigmented food.
